If you are a veterinary clinic or professional using Atrio, you may also upload or enter Operational Data such as animal identifiers, owner contact details, and veterinary history.

Sensitive information
We generally do not collect “sensitive information” as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (e.g. health information about individuals, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation).
However, we may process limited health-related information about animals as part of delivering the Services.
If any sensitive information about an individual is ever collected (for example, a pet owner’s health status where relevant to animal care), it will only be collected with consent and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Payment data
We may collect data necessary to process your payments, such as payment method details and billing information. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, which acts as the data controller for payment information.
We do not store or have access to complete payment card details.

All personal information used in connection with our AI functions is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7. TRANSFERRING INFORMATION INTERNATIONALLY
In Short: Most of your information is stored and processed in Australia, but some may be transferred overseas where necessary to support our operations.
Our servers are primarily located in Australia. However, some of our trusted service providers or affiliated entities may operate in other countries, including Singapore or other jurisdictions where we or our partners maintain infrastructure.
When we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient:

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a qualified veterinary professional.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
In short: We currently do not respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals.
Some web browsers and mobile devices allow you to activate a “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) setting to signal that you prefer not to have your online activity tracked.
At this time, there is no industry-wide standard for recognising or responding to DNT signals.
